In addition to being Total's primary EBA, Tom is also a trained Home Inspector. His background in inspecting residential properties, combined with his passion for consumer advocacy, compelled Tom to make the decision to exclusively represent buyers in real estate transactions. And he's one of a very select group of real estate agents in Western Massachusetts qualified to do just that...

Tom recently earned prestigious recognition by completing the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) course, offered by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Counsel (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors®. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation and is bestowed upon agents who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Tom was an accomplished marketing, production and technical customer support executive in the cable television industry. While in the cable TV business, Tom received numerous local and national marketing, advertising and television production awards for his creative endeavors.

Of his personal accolades, Tom is most proud of being honored as the "Big Brother of the Year" in 1990 by the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Hampden County. He also served the local BBBS agency as a member of the Board of Directors. Over the years, Tom has also volunteered his time and talents to assist other charitable organizations, such as the Jimmy Fund and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

As a resident of Hampden County for most of his life, Tom now lives in Wilbraham along with his wife, Beth, and their two children, Rachel and Spencer. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid techno-jock!
